Karthik Tadinada spent a decade at Featurespace, joining when the team was around ten people and rising to Chief Operating Officer. He led Engineering, Data Science, Cloud Ops, Security, and Delivery as the company scaled to over 400 employees and through to its acquisition. He didn't spot a market opportunity – he lived the problem long enough to know exactly what needed to exist.
