At Fortify, I’ve grown faster than I ever expected. Coming from a larger scale-up, I really value how agile and hands-on everything is here. As part of a small team, I’m involved in all aspects of engineering – with full exposure to our tech stack, which has accelerated my professional development. If I spot a better approach or a new technology, I have the freedom to explore it.
